Ordering

To order an item, click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding products to your cart. You will have the option of creating an account that will store your personal information for the next time you shop with us.

Payments Accepted

We accept  Paypal and credit cards (through Paypal), money orders and personal checks. Mailed payments need to be received within 10 business days or your order will be cancelled. Orders will not be shipped until personal checks clear. Please send your order and payment to 883 Warsaw Avenue, Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada R3M 1B8.

Shipping Information

Orders are filled in a timely manner in the order with which they were received. We strive to get orders filled within a day, but please allow up to 7 to 10 days to receive your package, depending on our workload and the season. Fall is a very busy time for us and most of our products are made to order. If you need something by a specific date, please let us know in the comments section and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We cannot be responsible for packages that have incorrect addresses, or are returned as "undeliverable" or "unclaimed". You will need to pay postage again to have them resent.

We do ship to the US and internationally and our shopping cart is linked directly to Canada Post and shipping charges are their best rates. Most orders will be sent express mail, but heavier and larger orders may be sent via UPS. We do check both methods for the most economical rate.

Refund Policy

We do want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, however, because of the personal care issue, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, we would allow refund or exchange on that product. If you have any questions or concerns about ingredients in our products, please contact us for more information.

We cannot refund or exchange products because you do not care for a fragrance, as everyone has differing tastes. You may want to try a small sized product first.

Guarantee and Disclaimer

Please note that some people may have allergies to fragrance oils, essential oils or butters such as shea butter. Contact your health care professional if you are not sure if a product is safe for you. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, and all products are for external use only. Keep products out of the reach of children. We cannot make any claims to healing or other properties of ingredients in our products.

Care should be taken when using essential oils, especially if you are pregnant or nursing. Contact your health care professional with any concerns you may have before using products.

The Soap Gallery will not be responsible for any injury, damages or loss of any kind due to your use of any product manufactured and purchased from The Soap Gallery, and our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from The Soap Gallery indicates your acceptance of this information and policy.
